How long does a game last?
Before the game starts, you will receive a 10-minute introduction to your game.
The effective playing time is a maximum of 60 minutes.
Since we also take photos of the teams after the game you should plan another 15 minutes.
Can I also book several rooms at the same time?
Of course!
Just contact us and tell us the desired date and the number of players and rooms.
How can I cancel?
The easiest way is to simply reply to the booking email and let us know that you would like to cancel this booking.
Cancellations are free of charge up to 48 hours before the start of the game.
When Th we have to be there?
The time indicated in the booking confirmation is the start of the introduction. If you chose on-site payment, you should be there a little earlier.
Th you get locked in the rooms?
NO! You are here to solve a mission. All rooms can be left at any time without the help of the game master.
What languages are supported?
All our rooms can be played in German and English.
What if the number of players changes?
That's not a problem at all, we'll adapt the number of players dynamically on site.
Is there an age restriction?
In order to play independently with us, all players should be 15 years or older.
However, individual children are welcome to play with the family.
