Frequently asked questions

How many people can play together?

Alien Grill and Jackpot accommodate 2–6 players, Cyber Attack 2–5 and Titanik 2.0 5–9. Larger groups can book several rooms. Explore team events.

How old do children need to be?

Children aged 10 and over can play when accompanied by adults. In every indoor team, the majority of players must be at least 15 years old.

How long does a game take?

Indoor missions last 60 minutes. Please arrive 5 minutes before your appointment for the briefing. Outdoor missions take around 90–150 minutes, depending on the game.

Can we play in English?

All four indoor missions are available in English and German. Select your language when booking.

Can we change the number of players?

Yes. You can adjust the number of players on arrival, within the capacity of your booked room.

How can we cancel?

Reply to your booking confirmation by email. Cancellation is free up to 48 hours before your appointment.

How do we pay?

You pay online during booking. For a company booking by invoice, contact us in advance at info@illuminati-escape.com.

Will we be locked in?

No, you can leave the room at any time. The goal is to complete the mission.

What do we need to bring?

Nothing – just a good mood and a sense of fun.
